The design balances warmth and darkness, structure and softness, creating spaces that feel both bold and composed.
Manhattan Beach
Blessed with the temperate climate of Manhattan Beach, Ca, this Cape Cod styled home on the beaches of the West Coast, reminiscent of the New England Architecture of 1916, offers an impeccable floor plan perfectly suited for a growing family. From the warm woods throughout to the custom hand-carved banister and rail hand-crafted by the expert carpenters at LA Design Build, this Cape Cod encompass the highly desired California Casual Lifestyle.
Linea Bianca
Completed in 2016, Linea Bianca was conceived as a study in light, restraint, and modern European clarity. The design focused on creating a continuous white palette that amplifies natural light while allowing materials and finishes to speak quietly but confidently.
High-gloss white lacquer cabinetry defines the kitchen and storage elements, delivering a clean, reflective surface that enhances brightness and precision. Integrated Miele appliances were selected for their minimal aesthetic and performance, maintaining a seamless, uninterrupted visual flow.
Grand Canal, Venice
This stunning project, located near the iconic Venice Beach canals, was commissioned by our French client, who envisioned a design blending elegance and functionality. The space features exquisite porcelain tiles with brass inlays arranged in geometric patterns, adding a unique and luxurious touch to the flooring.
In the kitchen, we crafted fully custom Lacquer cabinets with integrated hideaway closets and appliance garages, seamlessly accommodating super high-end Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Engineered hardwood flooring flows throughout the home, enhancing the natural warmth and sophistication of the space.
Azzurra Penthouse
Perched at the top of a premier residential tower, this Azzurra Penthouse exudes exclusivity and modernism, all while offering awe-inspiring views of the marina. The LADB Design Group seamlessly incorporated Avant-guard technology with the opening of walls, replacing them with Privacy Glass, which at the rise of a hand, what was clear – is now opaque. With inventive use of everyday materials, the LADB Design Group could bring in a warmth, expanding the space with mosaic wall murals of bronzed glass. The smooth matte museum-like walls balance out, with warm woods, innovative appliance installations, and cutting edge illuminations effortlessly blending the calling of the sea and high-rise living.
Beverly Hills | Modern Architectural
This modern architectural tri-level estate was designed with a clean European sensibility and a strong focus on material balance and craftsmanship. Wide-plank hardwood flooring in a white-toned European finish sets a calm, contemporary foundation throughout the home, paired with gray quartzite surfaces that add subtle contrast and depth.
Custom oak cabinetry anchors the kitchen and living spaces with warmth and precision, seamlessly integrated with Viking appliances for a refined yet highly functional layout. Natural flagstone was used as a signature material, carried through the fireplace and the primary bathroom to create texture, continuity, and a quiet sense of luxury.
Beverly Hills | Multi-Unit Residential
This large-scale multi-unit residential project on Burton Avenue stands as one of our commercial crown jewels. We were commissioned to fully transform the building’s rooftop, delivering a complete exterior renovation that elevated both functionality and architectural presence.
The scope included a full rooftop pool renovation, new rooftop decking, and the installation of a continuous perimeter glass railing system. Every element was engineered and executed to meet strict Beverly Hills commercial standards while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic suited for a high-end residential environment.
