This 1,600-square-foot residence was reimagined as a refined modern retreat — clean, architectural, and intentionally layered.
The kitchen anchors the space with high-gloss custom cabinetry in a crisp two-tone palette. White quartz countertops wrap seamlessly into a waterfall edge, creating a sculptural focal point that feels both bold and effortless. Every line is sharp. Every transition is deliberate.
Throughout the home, materials were selected for contrast and warmth. In the bathrooms, mosaic glass subway tiles introduce texture and movement, reflecting light in subtle, sophisticated ways. Quartz surfaces maintain continuity, while walnut accents soften the composition and bring balance to the modern aesthetic.
The result is not just a renovation — it’s a cohesive environment. Gloss, texture, stone, and wood work together in quiet harmony. Every detail was curated with intention. Every finish was selected to feel elevated yet livable.
Residence Ten Ten stands as a study in modern restraint — where simplicity becomes the ultimate luxury.
