Yes, the wine cellar was fully customized and acclimated for ideal storage conditions. Its modern display integrates seamlessly into the kitchen and living space, doubling as a showpiece while offering professional-grade wine preservation.

3. What type of flooring is featured throughout the home?

We installed engineered hardwood in a three-quarter plank with a wide 9-inch cut, giving the space a grounded, expansive feel. The warm tone of the wood adds natural contrast to the darker cabinetry and stone features.

4. Were the shelving elements and lighting fully custom as well?

Absolutely. Every shelf, cubby, and integrated lighting detail was designed in-house and fabricated through our millwork shop. From the sculptural open displays to the accent-lit niches, we tailored each feature to elevate both form and function.
