We were commissioned to renovate this 1,400-square-foot modern apartment, focusing on introducing a natural color palette and warm materials to create an inviting yet sophisticated atmosphere. To achieve this, we selected Perla quartzite for the kitchen counters, adding elegance and durability. For contrast, we incorporated graphite-colored Décor appliances, which paired beautifully with the warmth of custom white oak kitchen cabinets.

To maintain a cohesive design, we crafted custom doors featuring a white oak fluted design and installed engineered hardwood flooring throughout the apartment, enhancing the natural aesthetic. Brass accents were thoughtfully used for fixtures, faucets, and detailing, providing subtle yet striking highlights.

In the bathrooms, we embraced Roman clay-style finishes, offering a textured and timeless look that complemented the overall design. This renovation harmoniously blended modern elements with natural materials, resulting in a warm, contemporary living space that exudes both style and comfort.
