The Onteora Way project was a focused interior transformation centered around precision, material quality, and custom execution. We were commissioned to renovate the kitchen, reconfigure multiple bathrooms, and redesign the home’s millwork to create a more cohesive and elevated living environment.

The kitchen was fully rebuilt with custom cabinetry, upgraded appliances, and refined surface selections. We reworked the layout for better functionality, improved storage efficiency, and integrated modern finishes while maintaining a timeless aesthetic.

In the bathrooms, we updated waterproofing systems, tile assemblies, plumbing fixtures, vanities, and lighting. Each space was redesigned to feel clean, intentional, and durable — built not only for visual impact but long-term performance.

Custom millwork played a major role in this renovation. From cabinetry fabrication to detailed trim work, every element was produced and installed with tight tolerances and alignment. The goal was consistency — seamless transitions, balanced proportions, and a unified architectural language throughout the home.
