Perched at the top of a premier residential tower, this Azzurra Penthouse exudes exclusivity and modernism, all while offering awe-inspiring views of the marina. The LADB Design Group seamlessly incorporated Avant-guard technology with the opening of walls, replacing them with Privacy Glass, which at the rise of a hand, what was clear – is now opaque. With inventive use of everyday materials, the LADB Design Group could bring in a warmth, expanding the space with mosaic wall murals of bronzed glass. The smooth matte museum-like walls balance out, with warm woods, innovative appliance installations, and cutting edge illuminations effortlessly blending the calling of the sea and high-rise living.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What materials were used for the kitchen cabinetry?
We used European-style cabinetry fabricated with Shinoki real wood veneer, known for its consistency, warmth, and minimal grain movement. It brought natural texture to the space without overpowering the clean lines of the design.
A richly veined quartzite was selected for both the countertops and backsplash, giving the kitchen depth, durability, and a quiet elegance. Its natural variation plays beautifully against the warm tones of the wood and metal finishes.
We used antique brass hardware and Waterworks fixtures throughout — both chosen for their craftsmanship and timeless appeal. The subtle patina and weight of each piece added a tactile layer of luxury to the space.
Yes, we used panel-ready graphite Miele appliances and integrated the fridge and freezer side by side behind custom cabinetry panels. The result is a seamless, uninterrupted look that complements the architectural simplicity of the space.
The harmony of high-spec materials and understated detailing. From the Shinoki veneer to the Waterworks brass and seamless appliance integration, every element was selected to speak softly but with purpose — it’s the kind of kitchen you feel as much as you see.
