At Fryman Estate in Studio City, we were brought on to redesign and fully renovate every bathroom within the residence — transforming them into a cohesive collection of modern Spanish interiors rooted in craftsmanship and architectural detail.

Each bathroom was treated as its own composition while maintaining a unified design language throughout the estate. Intricate tile layouts with movement, geometry, and tonal variation were installed by our most specialized artisan crews — craftsmen we reserve for projects that demand surgical precision. Every grout line, every pattern alignment, every transition point was meticulously executed.

The primary bathroom is the defining statement. A sculptural leaf-pattern tile installation flows seamlessly across walls and focal areas, creating depth and rhythm within the space. The layout required advanced coordination to preserve the integrity of the pattern — a detail that separates high-level craftsmanship from standard installation.

Custom cabinetry and millwork were fabricated to complement the tile narrative. Warm wood tones, tailored profiles, and refined detailing balance Spanish influence with modern restraint. Floor tile compositions were layered with intention, reinforcing the architectural character from the ground up.

Lighting was strategically integrated to highlight texture and shadow, bringing dimension and warmth to each surface.
