This modern residential project showcases a bespoke design featuring a European kitchen. The renovation involved removing all soffits and creating an open layout that seamlessly connects the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The space boasts new ceilings with recessed lighting throughout and an expansive Taj Mahal quartzite countertop paired with European lacquer cabinetry. Equipped with premium German Miele appliances, the kitchen exemplifies elegance and functionality.

The bathrooms are adorned with hand-selected porcelain tiles from Porcelanosa in Spain, bringing a sophisticated touch to every detail. The entire unit is unified with engineered wood flooring, adding warmth and modernity to the design.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What cabinetry materials were used throughout this home?
We used a sophisticated combination of Cashmere Supermat lacquer and Anthracite lacquer cabinetry, custom-fabricated to achieve a clean, seamless aesthetic. The pairing strikes a perfect balance between warmth and modern edge, with every panel and finish tailored in-house.
The kitchen features Perla quartzite—a rare, warm-toned stone with a look very close to Taj Mahal. For the guest bathrooms, we installed backlit Onyx Cristallo, one of the most exclusive natural stones available. In the powder room, we brought in gold aluminum tiles—real metal—for a bold, art-forward finish.
Yes, the primary bedroom includes full wall-to-wall millwork with built-in cabinetry, upholstered headboards, and integrated nightstands—all custom fabricated with precision. Every inch was designed to elevate comfort, style, and symmetry.
We installed large-format, wide-plank engineered hardwood throughout to establish a warm and cohesive flow. In the bathrooms, we used a refined mix of micro cement and porcelain tiles from Porcelanosa, giving a clean, tactile, and seamless finish.
We sourced only the best: graphite-finish Miele appliances for a streamlined look and Dornbracht fixtures for a timeless, sculptural feel. Every element, from appliances to tile, was handpicked for performance and luxury—no detail overlooked.
