This lower-level one-bedroom residence was designed as a refined urban retreat — compact in scale, but elevated in detail. Every inch was considered.

The layout includes one primary bedroom, one full bath, and an additional powder room — a rare luxury for a pied-à-terre of this size. The design language is restrained and disciplined, allowing the space to feel open, calm, and intentional.

The kitchen serves as the focal point. Custom flat-panel white cabinetry maximizes vertical storage while maintaining a seamless appearance. A full-height slab backsplash introduces subtle movement without visual clutter. The waterfall island defines the room and doubles as both prep surface and gathering space.

Integrated LED shelving adds warmth and depth, balancing the crisp white cabinetry. Matte black plumbing fixtures create contrast and sharpen the modern profile. Wide-plank white oak flooring grounds the space and connects the kitchen to the living area with continuity.

Both bathrooms were executed with the same level of care — clean detailing, refined fixtures, and thoughtful lighting. The powder room, though compact, carries the same design language, ensuring cohesion throughout.

This project proves that scale does not limit sophistication. Designed with precision. Built with discipline. A true modern coastal pied-à-terre.
