A modern penthouse reimagined above the Marina skyline, 1911 Marina Penthouse is a study in restraint, light, and precision execution. Commissioned as a full interior transformation, this residence was designed to feel expansive without excess — refined without feeling cold.

Wide-plank white oak flooring runs continuously throughout the home, grounding the space in warmth while amplifying natural light. The palette remains intentionally neutral, allowing material texture and proportion to lead the design conversation.

The kitchen was rebuilt with high-gloss white lacquer cabinetry, fabricated for seamless integration and clean geometry. Neutral quartz countertops were selected for their quiet movement and durability, creating a soft contrast against the reflective millwork. Fully integrated Miele appliances maintain the uninterrupted lines of the cabinetry, reinforcing the modern aesthetic without visual clutter.

One of the defining architectural moves of the penthouse is the glass divider between the primary bedroom and bathroom — a transparent transition that expands sight lines and introduces a boutique-hotel sensibility. Designer Porcelanosa tiles wrap the bathroom surfaces, delivering texture and depth while preserving the project’s cohesive tone.

Lighting was curated with intention. Preciosa decorative fixtures add sculptural elegance, casting layered illumination that shifts throughout the day and into the evening, transforming the atmosphere without overwhelming the architecture.

Every surface was considered. Every junction was intentional.
1911 Marina Penthouse is modern residential living elevated — open, refined, and meticulously executed.
