Perched high above the city, 1806 Modern Residence is a refined condominium transformation defined by precision detailing and restrained material contrast. Commissioned as a full interior renovation, this project reimagines urban living through clean lines, engineered flow, and elevated finishes.

Wide-plank European white oak flooring anchors the entire residence, adding warmth and architectural continuity from entry to bedroom. The natural grain softens the modern palette while amplifying light throughout the space.

The kitchen was rebuilt with custom two-tone lacquer cabinetry — crisp white paired with soft gray — creating depth without visual noise. The millwork was fabricated for seamless integration, concealing storage while maintaining sharp geometry. Custom quartzite countertops introduce organic movement against the lacquered surfaces, balancing polish with texture. Stainless steel appliances were carefully integrated to preserve the linear aesthetic while delivering high performance.

One of the defining architectural features is the oversized pocket door divider. Designed to create flexibility between the guest bedroom and living area, it allows the space to transition from private retreat to open-plan entertaining environment in seconds — an intentional response to modern condo living.

Both bathrooms were fully reconstructed with Porcelanosa tile installations and decorative detailing that elevate the everyday experience. From carefully aligned tile patterns to precision waterproofing and custom vanities, no element was overlooked. Each surface was selected and installed to reflect both durability and design sophistication.
