We are in business because we take care of our consumers, including those who may be cash strapped and unable to move forward with their home improvement project. We can help by offering monthly installments through either Wells Fargo or another financial institution of your choice. We also accept major credit cards.

Work Progress Payments
Based on the following statement by the California State License Board,"licensed contractors can only require 10% or a $1,000 deposit whichever is Less," we proudly complete our projects in progress payments, which consist of the deposit and the payment for the portion of any completed work thus far, including the conditional lien release and the final payment when the project is completed, stating that you were completely satisfied with our work and you were provided unconditional lien release onto interior design and residential development.

General Liability Insurance
Our 2 million dollar aggregate Blanket Liability Insurance protects all homeowners against any accident that may occur while we are working on your project. Therefore, it would never carry any liability toward the homeowner policy, yet it would cover your most valuable investment, your home.

Performance Bond
A performance bond is a surety bond issued by an insurance company or a bank to guarantee satisfactory completion of a project by a contractor. We carry the required state bond of $12,500.

Workers Compensation
Workers' compensation is a form of insurance that provides wage replacement and medical benefits to employees injured in the course of employment in exchange for mandatory relinquishment of the employee's right to sue his or her employer or the homeowner for the tort of negligence. In order for us to cover ourselves and our home owners we provide workers compensation to our installers and employees.

Permits/City License
A construction permit or building permit is required in most jurisdiction for new construction, or adding on to pre-existing structures, and in some cases for major renovations. Generally, the new construction must be inspected both during construction and after completion to ensure compliance with national, regional, and local building codes. We Obtain all necessary permits and business licenses in each particular city.
