Armin Missaghi – Founder/Principal
As the principal of LADB Amin Missaghi is a design visionary. He builds upon the client’s needs creating luxurious concepts as he carefully chooses details that transcend the standard scope of work. Armin’s extraordinary ability to lead and curate a team of professionals has led LADB to be at the forefront as an award-winning Design-Build Firm in the region. He has the exceptional ability to look at a project and transform it into something remarkable. Admittedly, Armin can immediately see the potential of a project while looking at a set of plans or viewing a space with a client. His methodical approach to design is unparalleled, while his transparency and openness are always appreciated by clients as he exceeds what was proposed – both on time and within budget.
OUR TEAM
Ricardo Sepulveda – Sr. Project Manager
Ricardo Sepulveda manages and supports all field operations, logistics, procurement, research, and trade coordination as LADB’s Sr. Project Manager. He sets up the teams for LA Design Build’s largest projects – removing obstacles, and assuring all timing, materials, and budgets for support and efficiency. Since the beginning, he has hit the ground running and continues to be a valuable asset to the team. He excels at multitasking and the support needed for both the client and the LA Design Build team.
Pabo Lopez – Lead Foreman
As the lead foreman at LADB, Pablo Lopez brings with him years of experience, knowledge and certifications from cabinet making and carpentry to metal framing and high-end appliance Installations. Under the leadership of LADB, Pablo is 1 of 3 certified installers of Top Crete (Microcrete) in the nation. He completed more than 50 hours of training by top instructors sent from Barcelona, Spain, to assure his mastery of the specific techniques and artistry. Pablo is a true craftsman as he has worked to
Sergio Huerta – Certified Electrical/Audio Visual Specialist
Sergio Huerta is superior in electrical services, having worked on many commercial buildings and residential homes within the LADB portfolio. He brings more than 30 years of electrical experience to LADB. His experience covers a broad range of electrical work, including new construction and remodeling of residential, commercial and industrial projects.
Miguel – Drafter, Architectural
Miguel works closely with principal Armin Missaghi to draft and create each project’s specifications and details. He handles all of a project’s renderings, sketches, and final drafts as envisioned by clients. He holds numerous years of architectural experience and continues to grow his architectural knowledge.
Sean – Certified Lutron Pro /Audio Visual Specialist
Sean holds more than 6 years of experience, working as a certified Lutron Home Installer. As an in-house specialist, he excels at creating seamless lighting control solutions and motorized window treatment systems. He is well versed in all smart home automation and Lutron-compatible security and audio-visual systems.
